Datamaxx is looking for energetic, committed, and deadline-driven Technology related Sales interns to become part of the sales team. Interns will complete all tasks assigned which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales team wherever possible. Interns should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

Responsibilities include:
-Cold Calling and Prospecting for new customers
-Qualifying leads and working closely with the sales team to close sales
-Conducting market research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to customers
-Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
-Updating documents and sales records.
-Observing and carrying out sales processes.

Required Skills include:
-Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, business or similar may be required.
-Ability to understand benefits of technology solution and communicate effectively.
-Strong self-motivation.
-Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
-Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.
-Ability to cope with rejection.
-Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
-Superb interpersonal skills.

Datamaxx is looking for energetic and self-motivated technology related marketing interns to join our marketing team. The Marketing Intern will assist with preparing promotional presentations, updating and monitoring social platforms, conducting market analysis, and working with the sales team.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, the Marketing Intern should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities as well as the ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities include:
-Performing market analysis and research.
-Assisting with daily administrative duties.
-Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas.
-Updating and monitoring all social media platforms.
-Preparing detailed promotional presentations.
-Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
-Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
-Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
-Assisting Sales team with new customer prospecting and materials.

Marketing Intern Requirements include:
-Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or in a similar field.

Datamaxx Applied Technologies, Inc. is seeking dedicated and motivated technical support / customer service specialists looking to work with one of the leading developers of public safety and security solutions. Candidate must provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for daily front line technical support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via helpdesk and performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Experience: The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL, TCP/IP communications and Web/Wireless technologies; experience with documenting procedures in a call tracking system and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed. Candidate must have the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer experience is a must. The ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Must be able to work after-hours rotating on-call shift.

Education: Minimum associate’s degree in information technology or in a related discipline or equivalent job experience.
