Datamaxx Group, Inc. is seeking individuals with high energy and drive to serve in the role of Web Development Specialist. The Web Development Specialist is an integral part of the Datamaxx Marketing & Product Management Team, developing, designing, and managing multiple websites.

Responsibilities:
-All company websites, including content upload and maintenance, quality control, construction of new pages, and search engine optimization.
-Create site layouts and product user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
-Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
-Work with graphic design and marketing team members in the development, setup, and troubleshooting of online tools such as blogs; forms; Flash-based collateral materials including videos; email marketing programs; social media tools; and analytics tools.
-Monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards, and research, recommend, and apply new technologies as necessary.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of experience or equivalent experience in web development.
- In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
-Programming proficiency in ASP.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, and C#.
-Experience with WordPress, Adobe Suite design programs.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services or Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server and Microsoft Silverlight a Plus.
-Superior communication, management, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
-Ability to work well in a team environment, but can also self-direct and work independently.
-Self-motivated, reliable, and innovative.

The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for the daily Operations and Maintenance of Datamaxx systems and network infrastructure. Insures the availability and integrity of all systems to end users, including, but not limited to: application, E-Mail, Telephony, file servers, backup routines, firewall and router configuration, and antivirus processes.

Must possess the ability to build, configure, test, and maintain network servers in a mixed operating system environment for both physical and virtual environments. Responds to internal help desk issues. Maintains software configuration control, equipment and software license tracking and application standards and best practices from server to end user platform.
This position works with a core team, integrating the traditional functions of help desk, systems administrator, network administrator, systems analysis and network engineer in providing quality service to our user community, including remote users.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years direct experience in the field of Network and/or Systems Administration, to include Active Directory configuration and maintenance, DHCP management, DNS management, server migrations, Exchange migrations and SharePoint configuration and management, MS SQL configuration and maintenance.

Must be able to provide after-hours/on-call support, on a rotating basis.

Job Function
To assist with varied types of sales and marketing communications that effectively represent the company’s products and services to customers and prospects.

Essential Functions:
• Assist in creation and maintenance of all corporate website content.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of all corporate product and services marketing materials including but not limited to Product Data Sheets, Whitepapers, Brochures, etc.
• Research, write, and develop printed material as part of corporate advertising campaigns.
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages, letters and brochures for particular assignments.
• Develop and maintain corporate literature.
• Develop sales presentations using various presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint and Prezi.
• Develop advertising text and layouts with internal and external resources as may be required.
• Convey and maintain corporate standards as it relates to corporate image and corporate message.
• Work closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure design and message consistency across products.
• Manage all electronic messaging and campaigns including email, blogs, and all social media communication.
• Write press releases and serve as primary media contact.
• Manage and coordinate sales campaigns and tradeshows/conferences.
• Manage design and inventory of all promotional items.
• Oversee internal and external corporate communications efforts and manage corporate special events.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, management information systems, advertising or journalism.
• At least three years of solid writing and editing experience, preferably with software products and services.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
• Ability to work and take initiative in an agile environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the daily front line support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via helpdesk and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL, TCP/IP communication and Web/Wireless technologies; experience with documenting procedures in a call tracking system and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed.
- Candidate must have the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience is a must.
- The ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Education:
- Minimum associate’s degree in information technology or in a discipline related to such or equivalent job experience.
