The successful candidate will design, build, test and maintain applications that meet the needs of our clients. Software Engineers work with Product Management to identify client requirements in software terms, and then translate those requirements into efficient, manageable solutions. Candidates need to be extremely self-motivated, passionate and creative. Candidates also need to be able to work under pressure and must have a sense of urgency with respect to deliverables.

Essential Duties:
• Individual will be active in defining user stories, use cases, functional business processes, and user interface requirements to create an overall technical specification following the Agile Development Methodologies. Experience in taking on a lead role for a group project is required.
• Continued design and development of a high volume message broker required for mission critical application
• Writing code for various components of the overall solution
• Building a highly scalable and secure transaction oriented platform which operates in both a Secure Cloud (hosted) environment as well as at the customer site.

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
• Web Development (HTML 5, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery)
• C# ( 3-5 years )
• Asp.Net MVC experience
• Strong understanding of SQL Server, SSIS, Database design, Stored Procedures.
• Entity Framework
• Experience and working knowledge of Agile development practices.

Datamaxx Group, Inc., a leader in Law Enforcement Technologies is accepting resumes for qualified candidates for the position of Systems Administrator.
Systems Administrator will be focused on providing day-to-day support of Windows Servers, desktops and applications; software/hardware installation, proactive system monitoring and problem resolution. This role will be responsible for the seamless operations of all system hardware, software, peripherals and infrastructure required to support Windows domain environments.

Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Service Request management - Identify, categorize and organize service requests according to priority and Monitor queues and managed services alerts.
• Server & Desktop troubleshooting and proactive / preventive maintenance
• Field incoming requests efficiently while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Author, document, and maintain all technical documentation including documentation of internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities, network topologies/configurations, etc.
• Provide support via on-call rotation, as required
Essential Experience includes, but not limited to:
• Microsoft Windows 7, 10, Servers 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and 2016 and MS Office 2010/2013/2016
• Windows PowerShell scripting (Create scripts to simplify procedures)
• Windows server roles including: Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, SQL server, SharePoint and Exchange
• Server/ File Backup strategies
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, IP sub-netting, and the OS/ model
• Experience with network appliances preferred (Cisco, Adtran)
Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree in computer science or related field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with the installation, configuration and support of PC's, servers and peripheral equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skiffs, with an emphasis on communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid troubleshooting methodology.
• Able to lift 35 pounds (Servers, Computers, Network Hardware, Cabling)
• Ability to work off-peak hours to respond to business needs and ensure availability of PCs and critical systems.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with great communication skills, ability to conduct research screening utilizing computers, and will have strong customer service skills.

Essential Duties:
• The position entails learning and applying all processes involved with providing background screening services as regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as a Consumer Reporting Agency, Drivers Privacy Protection Act ( PPA), the Gramm, Leach, Bliley Act (GLBA), and other applicable laws.

• The selected individual will provide services to incoming calls and emails. Insure applicants are properly and legibly filled out. Verify all proper documentation and properly research all applicant adverse actions. Knowledge of laws regarding the permissible access and use of personal data, public records, and ability to speak and understand Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Minimum - High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be proficient with computers.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the daily front line support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via helpdesk and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Experience: The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL, TCP/IP communication and Web/Wireless technologies; experience with documenting procedures in a call tracking system and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed. Candidate must have the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience is a must. The ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Education: Minimum associate’s degree in information technology or in a discipline related to such or equivalent job experience.
