Tallahassee, FL (February 2020) – Datamaxx Applied Technologies, Inc. (“Datamaxx”) is pleased to announce award of a competitive procurement, with the United States Department of Justice, Office of the Chief Information Officer (“OCIO”).  Datamaxx will replace the current Justice Telecommunications Switch “JUST” System.   The new system will be known as JWIN (“Justice Web Access to NCIC”), offering optimized service delivery while reducing costs. The OCIO will replace its legacy law enforcement applications with a modern, scalable, and extensible commercial-off-the-shelf (“COTS”) platform developed by Datamaxx.   

The JWIN system will provide a portfolio of criminal justice information (CJI) services to DOJ agencies including the ATF, BOP, DEA, FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, and other federal non-DOJ agencies such as the U.S. Navy, and tribal agencies. The Datamaxx Omnixx Enterprise Platform provides a state-of-the-art Message Switch to NCIC/Nlets and a zero-footprint client.  The entire solution will operate within the secure FedRAMP certified Microsoft Azure Cloud. Datamaxx will provide world-class project management and implementation services that include integration support, data migration, and installation.   Throughout the ten year term contract, Datamaxx will deliver superior technical support as well as software upgrades and enhancements.
